• The applicant did not comply with condition #5 of the adopted P&Z Commission
conditions to submit a revised plat 10 days prior to the City Council meeting. The
revised plat was required to demonstrate a 1,370 squaze foot increase in open space.
The applicant submitted a revised preliminary plat on September 2, 2003 that reflected a
2, 486 sf. increase in open space.
