Attached is the staff report for the proposed Settlers Crossing vacation application (File #VAC-10-
001). This item is scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on March 23, 2010. The public hearing
will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with
any questions.
