being first duly sworn upon, oath, depose and say:
1. That I was present at Cavanaugh Subdivision on March 9, 2010 from 11:30am to 12:00noon at
the southeast corner of the property.
2. That I met on site with Mr. Kyle Ackerman of Signs By Tomorrow Company and 1 directed
him to install the Public Notice sign for the Cavanaugh Time Extension Application.
3. That I took several digital photographs of the installation of the sign to verify that the Public
Notice Sign was in fact installed at the SE corner of the Cavanaugh site on March 9, 2010.
4. That I have sent an email to Ms. Sonya Watters of the Meridian Planning Department with
attached digital photos showing the Public Notice sign for the Cavanaugh Time Extension
Application.
