proposed realignment of the sewer line at Victory Road and Locust Grove Road.

Key Commission Changes to Staff Recommendation:
A permanent 20’ pedestrian easement in favor of the City of Meridian shall be
recorded on the property adjacent to Ten Mile Creek. A pathway shall be constructed
on the easement and maintained by the City of Meridian.
Outstanding Issues for City Council:
Commission recommended that the applicant be required to maintain the alignment
of the sewer through Victory Road to the intersection of Victory and Locust Grove
and down Locust Grove Road. The applicant is proposing an alternate sewer
configuration that will run diagonally through the subject property.
