Smith, PE re: Final Plat Mylars -Bedford Place No.2 date: December 10, 1996 WILL: Here are mylar sheets No. I and No.2 containing my seal and signature. The developer has complied with the requested revisions/additions. Most of the off-site improvements had been completed when the developer constructed the No. l phase of this subdivision. The developer does have to install 2 I2 lineal feet of 6 foot tall fence, with a gate, along the non-encroachable easement for Nampa ~ Meridian Irrigation District on Lot 28. They are to construct 106 lineal feet of I4 foot wide all-weather gravel road section within the fenced area and approximately 501ineal feet of 14 foot wide asphalt roadway section from the gate to the back of sidewalk on E. Walcely Street. They are also to lower the top of a junction box on the recently piped length of the Finch Lateral. They need to submit a Letter of Credit to you for these items since they are not done at this date. I don't have any information concerning fencing along the south boundary of this subdivision, if any. If this is required, it also needs to be included in the bond since it hasn't been done at this date. Regards, Gary. from the desk of... <Navne> Public Works Director City of Meridian 33 E.
