Dear Mr Berg,
This letter is to request that the applications for Rezone and Conditional Use Permit for
the Mayfair Commons development be withdrawn, In light of the Planning and Zoning
Commissions action and discussions with staff, Wildwood Development LLC has elected
to withdraw the current applications and resubmit with modifications to the site plan that
will address the City's concerns
Please let me lo3ow if there is anything further required of the developer or myself, i can
