The Contractor Is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Desciption:
1) Sand blast and re-coat the mechanism bridge. ~
2) Patch tie holes left by previous contractor. /
3) Revise the location of the mag meter. /
4) Repair the explosion proof light switch that corroded!
5} Repair the valve vault
Reason for Change Order:
Additional aesthetic preferences requested by the WIN'fP manager.
