CITY OF C:C~f IDIAN
CITY CLERKS OFFICE
Per the City Council's action at the public hearing on March 2, 2010 for the proposed modification to the
Southridge Subdivision No. final plat, please note the following:
1. the Council denied the applicant's request to construct the northern half street section of Heavy
Timber Drive plus an additional twelve feet with an interim gravel shoulder instead of the full
street section as shown on the construction drawings approved with the final plat..
2.. The Council approved the applicant's request to construct 5-foot wide detached sidewalks with 8-
foot wide landscaped parkways along S Spanish Sun Way and S Spanish Fork Way instead of
10-foot wide attached sidewalks as previously approved
3. In regard to the applicant's request for clarification that certain amenities (i.e the multi-use
pathway and 5-foot wide buffer along the Ridenbaugh, the clubhouse and swimming pool, the
private park/landscape buffers and approximately 8.9 acres of common area) required in the
development agreement to be constructed and/or dedicated {as applicable) with the first phase of
development, may be deferred until such time as the applicable phases within which they are
associated area platted, the Council determined that a modification to the development agreement
is necessary in order to officially defer these items
4 the Council denied the applicant's request to install fewer street lights within the development
and along Overland and Linder Roads, and required the applicant to install streetlights consistent
with the street light plan approved by Public Works on December 2, 2009..
