Sonia,
I understand through talking with my neighbors in Clover Meadows Subdivision that we can email you
comments regarding the hearing tonight at Meridian City Hall and that you will ensure such comments
make it to the appropriate person for review to be included in the hearing. Thank you for your
assistance with this.
As a current property owner at 4040 Meadow Wood Drive as well as a citizen who grew up in Clover
Meadows Subdivision from 1978 - 1990 at which time I graduated high school I would like it
documented that I would like both Meadow Wood Dr. and Green Meadow roads to remain dead end
streets and thereby support the proposed changes in Exhibit A.2 removing language noting to extend
such streets andlor connect them together.
Clover Meadows is a well established neighborhood with no crime, friendly neighbors, waterfowl and
wildlife. I feel that it would be destructive to change the current dead end streets by extending them to
any other roads or subdivisions near our own. My husband and I consider ourselves blessed to be
raising our son who is two in a community where neighbors regularly get together in a tight knit and
pristine setting. If such streets were to be extended it would allow for increased criminal activity,
littering, decreased waterfowl and wildlife habitat and degradation of home values.
Please ensure that our neighborhood continues to remain a dead end street for our not only our safety,
but for the health & vitality of our community...a community we are proud to be a part of and proud to
raise our son in. We'd also like it noted that we feel any extension of roadways would take away from
the aesthetic value and appearance of the park itself and be a cause for concern of visitors in the park
with regard to safety.
Sincerely,
Jamie & Wendy Luderman
