RE: PACKARD SUBDIVISION SEWAGE PRESSURE MAIN ROUTING
Dear Ted and Wirt;
After reviewing the two options for the routing of the sewage pressure main from the lift station, we have
concluded that your preferred option to rout the main along the rear lot lines, adjacent to the Allman
property, would be acceptable with the following conditions:
1. A twenty (20') foot wide non-encroachable easement shall be granted to the City of
Meridian. The easement shall be centered over the pressure sewer main.
2. A (14') foot wide compacted gravel access road shall be built over the pressuue main.
The road would need to be built to an HS20 standard from the lift statian to the relocated
manhole in E. Chemise Drive.
3. The future lots that the pressure main passes through shall have a non-buildable
status. The non-buildable status shall remain in place until:
A. Easements are obtained and the South Slough Interceptor Trunk Line is
extended across the Allman property, Thereby abandoning the operation of
the lift station and pressure main, or
B. The pressure main is re-routed into public right-of-way.

conditions.
