I assume you are the person to contact regarding the withdrawal of road access requirements
from the east and north for Kleiner Memorial Park. I feel that access through quiet
neighborhoods is not conducive to a safe environment for our children and would add
unnecessary congestion. I saw the master plan and it appears that the major access off
Fairview and Eagle are adequate without disrupting the surrounding neighborhoods. I
appreciate the City Council's consideration of this issue.
