A neighbor advised me that I can submit commentary on council agenda matters through you
when I can't attend.
Regarding MDA 10-003, J. M. Kleiner Memorial Park, we urge the council to withdraw the
road access requirements from the east and north. These are residential streets unsuited
for and made less safe by automotive traffic for park purposes. We know; our residence
(the address below) is on one of the eastside streets. The planned main access off
Fairview is entirely adequate and proper, confining noise and congestion to this major
artery and not diminishing the peace, quiet enjoyment, and safety of surrounding
neighborhoods.
We do encourage east/north access for pedestrians and bicyclists.
