RE: Cabra Creek LLC-Southridge West Commercial ~ Request for Deferral
Dear Sonya:
On behalf of Cabra Creek LLC, I hereby request the deferral of the March 4,
2010 Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission hearing date for the
Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment, Annexation, and Rezoning until March
18, 2010.
As you are aware, do to a miscommunication, we did not get the site posted
within the time required by the UDC.
