Cherry Lane, Meridian, has expired and there were no objections received by the City of Meridian. Therefore, under provision 2-410-D.2 of the Ordinances of the City of Meridian, your request for an Accessory Use Permit for a Home Occupation is hereby granted. It is the intent to permit home occupations in residential dwellings which do not change the appearance of the residence nor the condition of its residential character.
