THE CITY OF MERIDIAN will hold a public hearing on
March 2, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. at the Meridian City
Hall 133 E. Broadway Ave).
PURPOSE: Modification to the development agreement to remove
the requirement that public streets be extended into the site at the
north & east property boundaries & waiver from Council to allow
the irrigation ditches within the site to he tiled.
PROPERTY LOCATION: Northeast of the intersection of E. Fairview
Avenue & N. Eagle Road, in the SW 1;4 Section 4, T.W. R.IE
