Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above-referenced application
for time extension ONLY.
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Kennedy Lateral has a sixty foot (60') easement and
is located on the northeast boundary of this proposed project. No encroachments are allowed
without prior approval and a signed License Agreement.
All storm drainage must be retained on site.
