Description: Remove underground diesel tank per WCD No. 03.
Provide miscellaneous utility surveying as requested with yard piping modification in Field Order No.5
Reason for Change Order: Unforeseen underground utility conditions at the time of design and bidding.
Attachments: Price quotation letter from Ewing Company dated August 5, 2003.
