Suildistg Site Plan Review and Right-Of-111fay Requirement
In order for the Ada County Highway District to approve the building site
plan of the above noted project, the following conditions must be completed.
O As provided in ACHp Site Specific Requirements on eubjeot development,
the District required dedication of 45-feet of right-of-wav from tie
Please provide a legal description of the total property along with the
total area and documentation of the value of the land. Provide a legal
description for the required additional right-of-way with a calculation of
the area, signed and stamped by a registered engineer or land surveyox. Also
provide the names, addressee, phone numbers, and Fedexal Tax ID number
(corporation) or social security number of the fee title ownership (curxent
property owner(s)) of the property being conveyed as additional public right-
of-way.
Upon receipt of required information and a short note requesting
compensation for the additional right-of-way, the District will pregare the
necessary cauveyance instruments for the signatures and record documents with
the Ada County Recorders Office. The District will compensate the AroAerty
owner(s) far dedicated right-of-wav ae set fnrf-h ,n the Aida County Hiyhw~
District Impact Fee Ordinance Pia. 188 and regulations for right-of-way
acq ieit~.on.
Please send the above-mentioned information to Larry Sale, Ada County
Highway District, 318 E. 37th Street, Boise, ID 83714 with reference to the
name of the project and address.
Please shift the driveway entrance connection~~.oyerland Road tc the
east as much as possible so that it more closely aligns with Couatrv Way on
t e lout si of Overland Road. Move.tlu nose of the landscape island-back
out of the new right-of-way.
District staff would appreciate it i.f you could provide cross access
easements far the neighboring parcels to take access through this driveway

Any work in the public right-of-way requires a permit from ACHD Construction
Services (345-7667). The permit shall be obtained at least 24 hours prior to
commencing conatx~uction.
