The applicant’s representative, Steve Arnold of Briggs Engineering, testified in favor
of the application.
Brief discussion revolved around how the minimum five percent open space would be
accommodated. Mr. Arnold stated that they would comply.

Outstanding Issues for City Council:
The applicant did not comply with condition #5 of the adopted P&Z Commission
conditions to submit a revised plat 10 days prior to the City Council meeting. The
revised plat was required to demonstrate a 1,370 square foot increase in open space.
