Our client has asked us to request that the above noted Final Plat rnodification application (scheduled as an
agenda item for tomorrow night--Feb 2nd, 2010) be deferred from Feb 2nd, 2010 until the February 23rd City
Council Meeting. Pete Friedman discussed this issue with us today and asked that we provide you with this
deferral request (email), followed by an updated narrative. Of course, he asked us to discuss this all with you as
well. We will submit the updated application material for your consideration within the next day or two. Please
give me a call if you have any additional questions.
