This letter is in response to your comments dated November 10, 1995.
1. There is a slight discrepancy in the scale. The noted scale is 1 in = 20 ft. and all
the dimensions of the buildings and between the buildings are called out.
2. Center line of E. Commercial is shown on revised plot plan attached.
3. Sidewalks changed to 5 ft. wide.
4. Screened trash areas shown on plans.
5. We have 15 feet from property line to curb. Landscaping shown to extend
the 15 ft. width.
6. There will be an underground trickle irrigation system.
7. There is a chain-link fence extending full length of South Boundary, the fence is
located on the property line and does not encroach on railroad right-of-way.
8. Additional parking is added to show 27 total spaces.
9. Asphalt areas depicted on plot plan.
10. Parking dimensions changed to meet ordinance.
