In lieu of making those improvements, I hereby guarantee to complete the following: l . Place 'No Parking' signs along the graveled area to discourage use of this area as a parking lot. 2. Remove whisky barrels from graveled area. 3. Sod and landscape eastern boundary of Kentucky Fried Chicken to match Taco Bell/Bolo's site (observing site triangles and ACHD requirements). Items 1 and 2 will be completed by August 4, 1995. Item 3 will be completed by September 15, 1995. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
