History of Previous Actions: In 2005, this property was annexed (AZ-OS-064) with an R-8 zoning district and included in
the preliminary plat (PP-OS-064) for Bear Creek West Subdivision. In 2008, an administrative time extension (TE-08-031)
was processed and denied by the director because the owner failed to pay a portion of the reimbursement agreement for
the extension of the Black Cat Sewer Truck. Because the time extension was not granted, the previous plat has expired.
