Subject: FiveTwelve Subdivision Staff Report ~1-fY CLERKS ,: ~~F!!- Bill- Hello! I have reviewed and collected comments from our consultants regarding the staff report for Five Twelve Subdivision. The comments are as follows: 1) (pg.1 Exhibit B): "1.1.1. The developer shall comply with all current and previous conditions of approval...." Not knowing the previous conditions were imposed, it is difficult to agree with this statement. Please advise or clarify. 2) (pg.1 Exhibit B): "1.1.3. The landscape plan prepared by Lowland Johanson Zimmerman Architecture, ....: This should read, "The landscape plan prepared by The Land Group, Inc......" 3) (pg.2 Exhibit B): "1.2.5.. Any tree over 4" caliper that is removed ....: Existing trees are not present on this site. 4) (pg.3 Exhibit B) " 2.3. The applicant shall provide a 20-foot common lot for all public water/sewer mains outside of public right of way. The common lot shall be covered with a blanket easement to the City of Meridian." The following item (2.4) references the required easement for utilities, which we will be providing. Is it possible to remove this (2.3)- there are two- so the second one as we do not plan to provide a common lot for the water/sewer main? Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. Thank you!! Thank you so much for your time, Have a great day! Jo Larson '~ A r c (y f t B c t u r a 400 S.
