Exhibit B Paragraph 1.2 The change is self-explanatory. A Development Agreement (DA) will be required as part of the annexation of this property. We have added the following facts for claritcation. 3.3 The proposed project will require availability of a ladder truck within 2 '/: miles of the project to serve all buildings greater than 30 feet in height.
