The Meridian City Council special meeting was called to order at 8:35 a.m. on
Monday, November 30, 2009, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Keith Bird, Brad Hoaglun, Charlie Rountree (via telephone)
and Mayor De Weerd.
Item 1. Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

X Mayor Tammy de Weerd
Charlie Rountree via telephone.
Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda:
Bird: I move we adopt the agenda as published.
Hoaglun: Second.
De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to adopt the agenda as published.
All those in favor say aye.
THREE AYES. ONE ABSENT. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3. Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345 1(f) - (to
consider and advise its legal representatives in pending litigation);
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345
1(f).
Hoaglun: Second.
Roll Call Vote: Rountree, aye; Bird, aye; Hoaglun, aye.
THREE AYES. ONE ABSENT. MOTION CARRIED.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Into Executive Session at 8:40 a.m. and out of
Executive Session at 10:20 a.m.
Bird: Move to come out of Executive Session.
Hoaglun: Second.
