The Meridian City Council special meeting was called to order at 11:33 a.m. on
Wednesday, November 25, 2009, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Keith Bird, David Zaremba, Brad Hoaglun, Charlie Rountree
and Mayor De Weerd.
Item 1. Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.
X David Zaremba X Brad Hoaglun
X Charlie Rountree X Keith Bird
X Mayor Tammy de Weerd
Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda:
Zaremba: Madame Mayor I move we adopt the agenda as published.
Hoaglun: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as published. All
those in favor say aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3. Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345 1(f) - (to
consider and advise its legal representatives in pending litigation);
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345
1(f).
Rountree: Second.
Roll Call Vote: Bird, aye; Rountree, aye; Hoaglun, aye; Zaremba, aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Into Executive Session at 11:34 a.m. and out of
Executive Session at 2:18 p.m.
Rountree: We are out of Executive Session. Councilmen Zaremba, Hoaglun
and Rountree are present and Bird. I need a motion to come out of Executive
Session.

Hoaglun: Move to come out of Executive Session.
Zaremba: Second.
Rountree: It has been moved to come out of Executive Session. All those in
favor say aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Hoaglun: Move to adjourn.
Bird: Second.
Rountree: Moved and seconded to adjourn. All those in favor say aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 2:18 P.M.
