HomeMy WebLinkAboutBargain and Sale Deed with Meridian Rural Fire Protection District Lot 8 Blk 10 Cherry Lane Sub 5BARGAIN AND SALE DEED The City of Meridian, Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the Meridian Rural Fire Protection District, Grantee, an undivided 26% interest as tenant in common, whose current address is 1501 E. 15` Street, Meridian, Idaho 83642, the following described real property, to wit: Lot 8, Bloclc 10, The Lalce at Cherry Lane Subdivision No. 5, according to the official plat thereof recorded in the records of Ada County, Idaho. Together with all improvements, easements, hereditainents and appurtenances thereto, and subject to such rights, easements, covenants, restrictions and zoning regulations as appear of record or based upon the premises. And the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against all lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
