Based on our discussion this morning we are Ok with corrected the Staff Report and the understanding we are
complying with the requirements of the preliminary and final plat for Bayside Taylor Commerce Park. Also we
both noted if a drainage retention pond is included in the approved open space it shall be landscape. Thanks
again for your help.
