Dear Mr. Wardle:
I find that your request for a property boundary adjustment on the property referenced above complies with Unified --
Development Code (UDC) 11-6B-8. I am granting approval of the property boundary adjustment as requested by the
applicant subject to completion of the following conditions per UDC 11-6B-8C2:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and,
d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to the
Director. Upon receipt of these items the application shall be complete.
e. The applicant or owner has one year to complete the above conditions of approval.

Dear Peter,
As discussed with you late last month, Brighton Corporation proposes to adjust the
remaining, un-sold lots in Paramount No. 13 Subdivision to conform to the 38-foot
module developed as our alley-loaded product design has evolved. A total of
twelve lots will be affected, with adjustments of 2 feet for eight of the lots and 4
feet for the remaining four lots.
The accompanying Property Boundary Adjustment application "package" provides
all of the required information in support of the proposed action.

center-south 1/16th section corner of said Section 25;
Thence leaving said mid-section line, North 70°22'01" East, 925.68 feet to a point on the
easterly boundary line of Paramount Subdivision No. 10 and the easterly right-of--way line of West
Producer Drive, as same is shown on the plat thereof recorded in Book 94 of Plats at Page 11468 of
Ada County Records, said point being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
