Dear Mr. Peugh:
I find that your request for a property boundary adjustment on the property referenced above to comply
with Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-6B-8. I am granting approval of the property boundary
adjustment as requested by the applicant subject to completion of the following conditions per UDC 11-
6B-8C2:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as
approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and,
d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel
numbers to the Director. Upon receipt of these items the application shall be complete.
e. The applicant or owner has one year to complete the above conditions of approval.

Gentlemen:
The owner of above referenced lots wishes to adjust the common boundary line
between Lots 10 and 12. During the plat approval process the developers were required
to grant an 8' wide gravity irrigation easement alon the Northerlyy line of Lot 10, This

easement makes lot 10 unsuitable to fit the lanned on t~i~ two lots without
encroaching onto that easement. By adjusting the lot line several feet Southeasterly, both
units will fit on the respective lots and meet all required setbacks.
