The Meridian City Pre-Council meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. on
Tuesday, November 10, 2009, by President Council Member Rountree.
Members Present: Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, David Zaremba, Charlie
Rountree and Brad Hoaglun.
Staff Present:
Item 1. Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.
X David Zaremba X Brad Hoaglun
X Charlie Rountree X Keith Bird
X Mayor Tammy de Weerd (6:02 p.m.)
Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda:
Bird: I move we adopt the agenda as published.
Zaremba: Second.
Rountree: It has been moved and seconded to adopt the agenda as published.
All in favor say aye. Opposed.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3. Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(f) - (to
consider and advise its legal representatives in pending litigation):
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-
2345(1)(f).
Zaremba: Second.
Rountree: It has been moved and seconded to go into Executive Session. All
those in favor, we will have a roll call vote.
Roll Call Vote: Bird, aye; Zaremba, aye; Hoaglun, aye; Rountree, aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.

Executive Session: Into Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. and out of Executive
Session at 7:09 p.m.
Rountree: I move we adjourn the Executive Session.
Bird: Second.
Mayor De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to come out of Executive
Session. All those in favor. Please let the record reflect that I joined the
Executive Session at 6:02 p.m.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Rountree: Move to adjourn.
Bird: Second.
Mayor De Weerd: A motion and a second to adjourn. All in favor.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7:09 P.M.
