Subject: Spurwing Patio Homes AZ 06-043: Ordinance No. 07-1333
Dear Mr Berg Jr:
The Idaho State Tax Commission received documentation for annexation of real property
into the City of Meridian. It appears that the annexation is attached to the city by a 50
foot by 400 foot (approx.) strip of land. The Commission has reservations concerning the
"shoestring" nature of this strip. In addition, it appears the strip is going to be a road for
access to proposed subdivision. Is this the case? We would appreciate clarification on
this issue and any comment you may have. Thank you for your cooperation

does not comply with legal description and mapping requirements.
• Annexation overlaps with the City of Eagle.
