In order to best serve this development Intermountain Gas does require that a 5' minimum utility easement along the interior lot lines and a 10' minimum utility easement along all right of ways or private drive. The private drive of the development would also be required to include a utility easement for Intermountain Gas to encroach into with the gas lines.
