The staff report looks good to me. I will be coming to the hearing for two reasons. First, be available for any
questions, and Second, bring my boy scout son pass off a requirement for a merit badge. Let me know if you

Attached is the staff report for the proposed time extension for Settlement Bridge Sub. 6 (File #TE-09-
018). This item is scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on November 10, 2009. The public hearing
will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or a-mail with any
questions.
