Watertower, Ste. 202 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Settlement Bridge Subdivision No. 6 -Second Final Plat Time Extension Request Ms. Canning: We are submitting a request for an additional eighteen-month extension of the plat for the sixth phase of the Settlement Bridge Subdivision. This phase will consist of a 29-lot development, 27 lots will be single-family residential and 2 lots will be common/open space. The City Council has already found that that the final plat is in substantial compliance and conformance with the approved preliminary plat for Settlement Bridge, as well as all requirements and provisions of the UDC and acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standazds. The reference number for Settlement Bridge is: AZ-03-035, and according to our files the annexation/rezone ordinance number is: 04-1079. This is the final phase of the Settlement Bridge Subdivision. We understand that the city engineer signed the final plat for Settlement Bridge Phase 5 on September 29, 2006, which means the plat for phase six would have originally expired on Mazch 29, 2008. The City has granted one time extension, which will expire on September 29, 2009. While we have started construction on phase six, we aze not planning on completing the construction until our inventory levels in the previous phases reach a sustainable level and financing is once again available to complete the project. If all goes well, we would like to complete phase six later next year, though we cannot guazantee that schedule at this time. Consequently, we aze requesting aneighteen-month extension for the Phase 6 plat. We appreciate your efforts during this difficult economic time.
