Re: AZ-09-004 -The Baby Place
Dear Mrs. Watters:
Please review the attached written responses to your Plan Review for the above project,
dated 11/05/09. We have addressed the staff reports comments requiring a written
response on an item-by-item basis as follows:

b. Per your request, Owners are willing to provide cross-access/ingress-egress with
properties located to the south. In accordance with ACRD only one access is
permitted for this property; thus no access shall be provided to the north
property.
c. A 5-foot wide detached sidewalk will be constructed along Linder Rd in
accordance with UDC 11-3A-17C.
d. A bicycle parking space shall be provided in accordance with UDC 11-3C-5C.
f. 25-foot wide landscaping buffer is not attainable along the complete north and
south properties due to site restrictions. A 6' fence exists on the south property
for the distance of the driveway and adequate plantings will be provided for
remaining property. A 6' fence will be provided as well as new plantings along
,the north property to exceed the requirements of UDC 11-3B-9C.
Public Works Response:
2. The owners will maintain the existing well for irrigation purposes only
and connect to the city water main as required for domestic service.
