I spoke with Deputy Chief Silva earlier regarding our classification for the above referenced project. Upon an
additional review of the program information presented to us by the owners representative, we feel that the B
Occupancy Classification is correct in this instance as opposed to the exception of the 1-2 Occupancy
Classitication allowing an R-3 Occupancy.
Our determination is based on the type of patients and the type and length of care being provided.
