NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN puYsuant to thebrdinances of the City of Merid-
ian and the Laws of the State of Tdaho, Wet the., City CounciLof the City of Meridian
will hold a public hearing at the Meridian .City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue; Meridian,
Idaho on Tuesdag April 26, 2005 of f:30 p.m. for the purpose• of considering and
/ or approve a request to transfer the lease of the golf course.
Any and .all interested persons shall be heard at said publiF :hearing, -and the
