WHF.REA3, oa Apri126, 2005 the City Couacii of the City of Meridian held a
hearing t0~rdir~g the Asaigoment of Lease and Amended Lease Agreement for tine provision
of gulf oou~se operations at Meridian's rnurricipal golf course; sad,
W HEREAS, the pt+evious leasetsolder of the City of Meridian's municipal golf
course, Cherry Lane R®creatiorr, Inc, has sold and assigiurd alI its right, title and interest i.a
and Uo the lease and the real property subject thereto, sect certain personal property
commatily known as Cherry Lane Golf Course to Lakeview Meridian Investors, LLC, erect
Boise Rich Golf Crnu~se, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant bo the teams of the October 3,19781ease agreement, the lessee
shall not amigo its interest in the lease without written cot~t of the City; and,
WHEREAS, as a canditiott of providing its ooassent to the assigrnneut of the lease,
City desire: to amcad certain terms of the lease agreernetpt.
NOW THEREk~QRE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
