The Meridian City Pre-Council meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. on
Tuesday, September 1, 2009, by Mayor De Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor De Weerd, Keith Bird, David Zaremba, Charlie
Rountree and Brad Hoaglun (arrived at 6:20 p.m.).
Staff Present: Jaycee Holman, Bill Nary.
Item 1. Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

X Mayor Tammy de Weerd
Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda:
Zaremba: I move we adopt the agenda as published.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to adopt the agenda as published. All those
in favor say aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3. Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(c) - (to
conduct deliberations concerning labor negotiations or to acquire
an interest in real property, which is not owned by a public agency)
& (f) - (to consider and advise its legal representatives in pending
litigation):
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-
2345(1)(c) and (f).
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to go into Executive Session.
Roll Call Vote: Bird, aye; Rountree, aye; Zaremba, aye; De Weerd, aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.

Bird: I move we come out of Executive Session.
Hoaglun: Second.

Bird: Move to adjourn.
Hoaglun: Second.
De Weerd: All those in favor say aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
