This lot must remain as the easement for the Kennedy Lateral only. Any other use of this easement or lot must be with the approval of Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District. If the above request is.not acceptable to Meridian's Planning and Zoning as well as the owner the this plat must be revised to show the Kennedy Lateral easement being protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District must review drainage plans.
