Additionally, the Commission requested Staff and the applicant further discuss a pathway connection along the Farr Lateral providing a connection from the Ridenbaugh pathway planned northwest of the site along Meridian Road to Maiy McPherson Elementary School, southeast of the site, The Commission wanted to review a revised preliminary plat addressing the aforementioned issues prior to making a recommendation to City Council. Staff met with Ashley Ford, Justin Blackstock, and Jason Densmer as requested by the Commission on October 6`" to discuss the outstanding issues. Based on discussion at that meeting, the Applicant has made revisions to the preliminary plat that Staff is in support o£ A concept plat layout is attached to this memo for your review. We anticipate receiving a revised plat early next week and will forward a revised staff report to you at that time based on the revisions to the plat. Planning Department .660 E.
