A request to modify the building elevations and site plan contained in the conditional use
permit (CUP) approval for this project has been requested by the applicant and is
scheduled for the October 1'r Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Per UDC 11-SB-
8C.1,projects requiring a conditional use permit require concurrent administrative design
review approval.
The design review (DES) application was submitted on September 18`x' after the CUP
application. Staff reviewed the DES application and determined the design professionals
committee should be convened to review the proposed changes and provide a
recommendation to the Director; the meeting with the design professionals is scheduled
for October 7`~'. In order to have sufficient time for the applicant to make any potential
revisions necessary for approval of the DES application, staff is recommending
continuance of the project to the November 5, 2009 Commission meeting.
