The Releasor has retained the services of his own counsel and has been fully
advised, or has adequate opportunity to legal consultation prior to executing this release.
The Releasor understands and agrees that this Release need not be executed by the
CITY, and that it is in full force and effect once executed by Releasor.
THE UNDERSIGNED RELEASOR HAS READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE AND
