Mike,
I just wanted to follow upon your application that is on the City Council agenda tonight. Gary will be attending
the meeting as the ACHD liaison, and Kristy has been out the past few days, so I apologize for any delay.
With the original Bainbridge preliminary plat, only public street access was approved to Ten Mile Road. That
does not change with this application, and ACRD is not approving any driveways on Ten Mile. Any driveway on
Ten Mile will require ACHD Commission action.
Regarding the right-of-way and improvements on Ten Mile, you will be required to construct sidewalk in the
ultimate location fora 5-lane roadway, and ACHD will purchase the right-of-way for the road. The sidewalk can
be located in an easement.
