P & Z NoticingCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2009, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications AZ 09-002 of Rick Shackleford for Annexation and Zoning of 2.52 acres from RUT in Ada County to L-O (Limited Office) zone; Furthermore, the applicant requests the applications CUP 09-007 for Conditional Use Permit fora 1,504 square foot addition to the existing 2,112 square foot veterinary hospital in a proposed L-O district; and application CPA 09-004 for Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to change the land use designation on 2.52 acres of land from Low Density Residential to Office for Treasure Valley Veterinary Hospital located at 2600 S.
