I am not going to have the information required to get this on the Oct 1st meeting. I have messages in to the
Architect and have not heard back from him. So I'm requesting that we do the Oct 15th meeting. I will keep you

I am currently working with an Architect on figuring out the correct zoning that will make the most sense
for the Baby Place. We are requesting that you allow us some extra time to figure this out as the zoning
of L-O was suggested by your office and we would like to ensure that the zoning we are going to apply for
will be the correct one. Thank you for your help with this issue.

It's too late to make the 17th meeting if we change the zone so it would have to go on either the
October 1St or 15th meeting; I think the 1St may already by full. Check w/your client and we'll
decide which way to go from here.
Prior to the public hearing on September 17th, please provide a code analysis of the building
prepared by a licensed architect declaring the classification of occupancy per the 2006
International Fire Code, including but not limited to, requirements for fire sprinkler and fire alarm
systems.

The applicant is requesting continuance of The Baby Place annexation request as they are in the process of
determining an appropriate zoning district and code analysis of the building to determine the class of occupancy
for the use (see below).
Note: The hours of operation stated in the application are not consistent with the actual use of the site and the
restricted hours of operation (6 am to 10 pm) of the L-O district per UDC 11-26-3A.4.
