On behalf of our Client, Affinity Bank, we would like to thank you and the City of Meridian for
working with us throughout the last few months in regards to the issues surrounding the
Cavanaugh Ridge Subdivision,
Per the City of Meridian's request, we are requesting a deferral of our September 03, 2009
Planning and Zoning Commission hearing to October O1, 2009. Given the additional updated
information that the City is requesting, we simply cannot meet the transmittal timeframe in
order to meet the September hearing. We agree with the City and respectfully request this one
month deferral,
