PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
TIME TABLE FOR SUBMISSION:

Clerks possession no later than three days fallowing the
-regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hear the request at
the monthly meeting following the month tre request was
made.

subsequent monthly meetings provided the necessary
procedures and documentation are received before 5:fd0 P. M.,
Thursday following the Planning and Zoning Commission

Dear Jack,
We are hereby formally applying for th.~ approval of
the final plat of Sportsman Pointe Subdivision No.
2. The developer, The Westpark Co., Inc., and our
office have conformed with the approved preliminary
plat and have met all requirements and conditions
thereof.
We have conformed with all requirements and provisions
of Ordinance 430, 4-2-84 and have designed the final
plat and the improvement plans utilizing acceptable
engineering and surveying practices.
